USA Made 10" Uncapping Steam Knife. This is a lightweight 10” long steam knife for uncapping honeycomb. It is for beekeepers who do not wish to use electrical knives. If you are concerned about honey exposure to a heated electric knife, then this is the ideal knife for you.
